Upon entering the room Evelyn zeroed in on me.   She works with humor and spunk.  She understands you before you exchange words.  I felt both a sense of home and wild abandonment of living in my head.   I have been shut down for years and she was able to open me up so I can let go. Middle aged, low energy, depressed body aches just getting through my life day by day.
